The course is informative, but it shows exactly how you should not teach a new framework. Specifically, I am referring to the fact that the instructor had a fully-developed project and was just annotating elements from classes that were not completely visible/clear for students on the lectures. In this kind of course, you probably expect the instructor to create a new project from scratch and teach how all components are supposed to be wired together in layers as actual development happens in the real world. Also expected to have access to the source code from the lectures but, as far as I noticed, it wasn't provided as part of the course materials to figure out why and how the instructor did what he was explaining. Despite all that, the board explanations and the drawings were helpful to break some complicated concepts into manageable pieces and some explanations did make sense in the code. Take this course if what you want is a very high-level overview about Spring and be prepared to go deeper by yourself or with other courses here.

This course needs to be updated and the quizzes as well.
