I learned so much about the foundations of UX design, the various roles and processes that UX designers engage in daily. The overlay of videos, readings, and test modules helped solidify my learning.

it helped me become aware of my own shortcomings and taught me to be sensitive towards myself and others as they are also humans and in their own journey! that is, if you look at the bigger picture ;)
