I learned a lot from the course it was good to have info that I did not have before and some that I did know but no enough

I thought I knew everything about Covid 19 but I learned a lot of new information that is very useful for contact tracing.

Very educational and thorough. Clearly went over each topic and kept you engaged with practice quizzes after each section.

What appeals most for me in this course is the focus on effective communication, which is an important transferable skill.

While this is an excellent introductory course, I need to learn so much more to become an effective contact tracer in NYS.
