I basically knew much of the course already but this was a good refresher. Looking forward to a higher level of IT.

Great course to get you started into IT Support as it looks like it's one of the footsteps to get into the industry.

This course is EXTREMELY helpful and I love how it doesn't penalize you for any mistakes like the CompTIA cert test.

Technical support fundamental is very good for beginners, you can learn more about what and how computer is working.
