Really awesome introduction to the fundamentals of IT. It covered a lot of information, but I never felt like I was getting bogged down.

Easy to understand and exercise also very interesting to think. I recommend everyone to start a job to IT support it is the best course.

I learned a a lot from this and the labs were quite enjoyable. I see myself coming back to revisit them whenever I need some refreshers.

While the site had some issues along the way, overall the content was more than satisfactory, and I look forward to taking the next one!

Very well made course. May need to review it in about a year for outdated info. Particularly about Windows and older networking devices.

I enjoyed going over the basics again. We tend to forget the small things and when troubleshhoting its always good to work from scratch.
