I have never studied IT, I was never interested, however this course made me want to dive deeper. Very informative and thoroughly explained!

I'm not entirely new to the tech world, so in my honest opinion, this is a very good fundamental course and introduction. No disappointment.

I really enjoyed this class very refreshing. It's been nice to go over everything with IT professional without having to be in a class room.

Very good introduction to IT Support. Gives you a great overview of all the most important information you will need to know for the career.

I like that the course showed me new way to look at the information I knew and took the time for me to understand the information I did not.

A really good review of the basics. Definitely good for someone with little to no tech experience, this will give you what you need to know.

This course is great for those are new to the IT field, if you are needing this certiftication, or even to sharpen or refresh known skills.

I learned many new things from this course like how to assemble a CPU, what is network, OS , softwares etc. It was really a good experience.

This is a very informative course. I definitely plan on continuing learning about this subject matter as Its incredibly interesting and fun.

I thought the course was great in providing a generalized introduction into computer fundamentals. I was hoping for more hands on learning.
