This is an excellent introductory course. I found some computer concepts were better explained in this course than in some college courses I took!

Very insightful, a great introduction to the fundamentals. In addition to tests, there are labs that really help to really get a hands on feeling.

The fundamentals are the important parts of any learning process. Course 1 was a great refresher and I learned some things I had not known before.

This was an excellent introduction to the Fundamentals of IT Support. One of the best I have seen either through a Trade School or online course.
