This course is very informative... It gives you a realistic approach even though the learning environment is virtual, and I am yearning to learn more!

Great course, very interesting, lot of info and very practical with notes that you can save and review later, instead writing on a journal or notepad.

A fine intro to IT Support. Covers all the very peaks of some very deep and complicated subjects very well. This first course is hIghly Recommended.
