This course may make my life change, which I've been dreaming about whole of my life. Awesome teaching method, instructors and many resources to be successful in the IT support career and hopefully beyond.

The main thing was to learn how the first computer worked since thanks to the first results today we enjoy and have a variety of information supplied throughout the world in the palm of our hand in seconds

This course is the very initial steps towards a larger goal of becoming a great IT Support personnel. I find the coursework very helpful in providing the knowledge in the basics of IT Support Fundamentals.

I really enjoyed this module. It does a great job of explaining the basic concepts. It also gives beginners like myself the confidence to continue learning and does not overwhelm you with too much at once.

The course laid an excellent foundation across many of the critical elements of IT. The videos we just the right length and the instructors clearly have a passion for IT and passing their knowledge along.

This course was extensive, but didn't overwhelm me. I think some quizzes on the vocabulary being covered would be good -- I struggle with all the acronyms! I am looking forward to starting the next course.

This is an excellent course to get involve in the basic of computing and IT industry, also only with this course you can learn how computers works and understand how the things works in a very basic level.

The Intro to Soft Skills is worth the price of admission. It was great to learn how to assemble your own computer and how to log into different OS environments remotely. All the tools used seem up to date.

I finally have a formal introduction to IT rather than just a hobby or passion. Best of all we are allowed to go at our own pace. This gives me a chance to review and absorb everything that I am learning.

Excellent breakdown of content into digestible bits! The quizzes are pretty low-stakes while also being barriers to make sure you understand content. Which is a pretty nice and non-stressful way to learn.

Super informative and perfect intro to anyone interested in learning the basic makup of tech and fixing things related to tech. Very lenient with quizzes and allows for you to take your time where needed.
