I really appreciated the course! The format enables us to learn at our own pace while keeping it engaging through the mini quiz within the videos, for example. The subject is very interesting.

I found the course very interesting. I particularly appreciated the application of the concepts to a particular situation (for the restaurant after covid for instance). The quizzes are consistent with the content of the course.
