Very nice explanations of the content and interviews with people involved with the language and its applications. This was a wonderful introduction to the Python language.

This course is excellent. The well-designed content, test and examples keep the audience engaged. It has made python much easier for the beginner. Its a foundation course.

It is a decent course. The concepts are explained keeping in mind that you have no background with coding. i personally like the professor pretty much. I enjoyed learning.

A truly understandable course for a python starter. Fairly understandable content with a experienced instructor. Would be better if more practising materials can be given.

Professor Severance is very clear when he explains concepts. Learning python seems funny and not so difficult, especially if you know other programming language such as C.

Very Nicely packaged course contents, taking you from the basics of Programming till the functions/ conditionals and loops in Python with appropriate assessments practice.

It was a tremendous help and guide through the basics of python! I really enjoyed the videos and assignments given to assist in better understanding programming in python.

It was a very good experience to study the course from coursera.

Liked it very much, very corresponding. The professor was, at least, awesome! fluent and funny. would recomend this course any day to anyone who needs to improve everyday.

I was already well into lessons on another platform, but Prof. Severence does a great job of explaining "why" something works instead of just the syntax required to do it.

The Lecturer was very clear about the topic and very easy to follow. The course materials are also very easy to understand with little or no prior knowledge of programming
