The Learnings in ECI Course is an excellent way for having as a kit in your carrier growth. At a personal level and in the social world it is very much required not only to understand but execute.

should be mandatory in every highschool and university and work in the world. the most beautiful and usefl course for work and life in general. so thankful!

The course was good. Since the Daniel Goleman books referenced in the course are more than 10 years old, I would have liked to see more recent research on emotions from neuroscience incorporated.

Excellent and crucial skills to develop

This was the least meaty and most underwhelming of all the courses I have taken. From spelling and grammar mistakes in the assessments to "trick" questions.

This course could have been amazing. But many of the important pieces were tucked in videos, and not easy to find to make notes.

NOT impressed

The instructor is very clear concise and easy to understand. She has some very good helpful information. The lessons are clear and the progression from one lesson to the next are clear and easy to follow. I enjoyed the variety of lesson type, with reading, videos, quizzes etc. the instructor has a very pleasant voice and is very articulate and very thoughtful in the information she chose to share. I would recommend the class.

Wonderfully detailed and oh so helpful, for growing my understanding of ESI, and really enhancing my abilities even more. I was very pleased to learn formally, that I was already doing a lot of things very well. Now I can really develop and offer even more to my Team and collogues and build better and new relationships. This course really is, a must have item, for the "toolbox" of Leaders at all levels!!

This course teaches the most valuable skills needed to thrive as a social being. Without these skills, no matter how proficient or capable you are, it becomes difficult to truly fit into human society. These abilities are essential for building meaningful connections and navigating relationships, as opposed to just functioning in a machine-like environment.

Highly recommend this course! The videos, readings, and responses are great ways to psychologically absorb and reflect on your actions in your life and in the workplace. It's also very modern and relevant to today's workplace! I really learned how my emotions are so impactful and these are key leadership & relationship skills that anyone should sharpen!

Extremely professional, well done, quick and free. I saw courses on other platforms which cost a lot, but this course is much better, professional and short. I would like to pay for a longer course with a bit more information about applying this information to clients. Alas, this is one of the best courses on ESI today. Thank you VERY much.

Amazing. Thanks to this course I am now very interested on this topic. In fact I had Goleman's book burried in my library. I started to read it to deep dive into this!
