This course is very informative and helpful with understanding coronavirus and how to handle the difficult task of being a contact tracer. I feel the information was well discussed and explained and teaches one how to properly work as a contact tracer.

Very clear and having several chances with quizzes was great especially if your missed the select all that apply statement. Wonderful approach to talking to contacts and cases to get tracking information so critical to bringing this virus under control

Very informative and useful, even for those who may never use the skills acquired. Be careful when clicking on the quizzes' fields, there seems to be some displacement or lag and you may click accidentally on an active field while attempting to scroll!

Very easy to understand and complete. It was easier for me to sit down and finish everything in one day than splitting the work within a week in my opinion, but everyone has a different schedule and learning technique so it's okay to do other methods.

This cleared up so much that the popular press had confused me about. I am a Texas Physician Emeritus, but never got much training in Public Health. I feel I am now able to promote knowledge in my community, and responsibly answer friends questions.

A good course with a lot of information. I like the option in the video how I could adjust the talking speed since I get bored easily if the speaker is too slow. It really helped me out alot and I got more understanding on how to be a contact tracer.
